GES won conduit contract of TJB Coal Fired Power Plant Re-expansion Unit 5&6 project of B&V in April 2017.
Tanjung Jati B power station, also known as Jawa3 &4 is a 2*660MW coal-fired power station in Central Java Province, Indonesia. The units cost $2.1 billion. Unit 3 was completed on October 13, 2011 and Unit 4 on January 1, 2012.
Indonesia has been facing a tight electricity demand-supply situation in line with increased electricity needs that come with increased economic growth. The generation capacity of TJB, with new Units 3 and 4 and existing Units 1 and 2 combined, now totals 2,640 MW, accounting for about 13% of the power supply for the entire Java-Bali power system in Indonesia.
Our company participated in the wire transmission system, lighting system and lightning protection and grounding system of this project (Units 3 & 4) in 2009.
